NASCAR-Caps

So I've decided it was time to log off, and stay off the NASCAR the Game 2011 forums.  After reading someone openly admit to not knowing who Tiny Lund was after saying something along the lines of him being an "unknown"....yea, I realized it was time for me to get away from there.

So the feeling I've been getting has been that the Jellies are better than the old caps.  I've decided I'm going to just do the jellies from now on because of this.

I've added a bunch of NASCAR legend drivers from the past, and I'm starting to do the 2012 jellies as the paint schemes are released.

So I found these forums for NASCAR 2011 The Game, and noticed that quite a few people were using my caps for their signatures and avatars.  Awesome, I'm glad someone out there is using them.

Also, thanks to which ever of you guys is tmatt65 for linking everyone here in his signature, and the others who point the way here when asked.

Another thing, I'm going to start trying something else, and I want to know what all of you guys think.  I'm going to start making the old "FOX Jellies" as they used to be called.  They were the little oval things that used to scan across the top of the screen with the run down FOX had when they first started covering NASCAR.  I liked them, and wish they'd still use them, so I'm thinking of making them in place of the bottle cap.  I'll post a few and if you guys like them, I'll continue with them.  They might even replace the bottle caps.

2011 is OVER.  

2012 has BEGUN.

All of the series Champions and the Cup Series Rookie of the Year have all been added.  Along with all of the win caps.

Even thought silly season is already in full swing.

Championship weekend is upon us folks.  And to celebrate, I've decided to do special caps for ALL of the Champions in all of NASCAR's Series, going all the way down to the NASCAR All-American Short Track Series.

I also threw Ty Dillon's ARCA Championship in there as well.  I know ARCA TECHNICALLY isn't part of NASCAR.  But you know it is.  They run old Cup cars, on Cup/Nationwide style tracks to prepare drivers for the higher series.  For that reason NASCAR needs ARCA.  And ARCA needs NASCAR to draw crowds by allowing them to schedule companion races.

I'll be adding the Cup cap to that folder once they become official.  But here is the run down right now.

Also note, as of tomorrow, there will only be two more 2011 caps made.  One for who ever wins the Cup, and one for the winner of the race.  After that, 2011 will be dead and done to me, as I will start focusing completely towards the 2012 editions.
